Research Administration Hub

The role of the Public Health, Oral Health, Health Disparities (POD) Research Hub is to support the Department of Public Health, the Center for Health Disparities and the School of Dental Medicine for all research and grant related needs.  Services provided include but are not limited to: pre-award budget and proposal development, post-award management of grant awards, interface with pre and post-award systems, liaison between faculty and central administration, and expert knowledge on sponsor guidelines, requirements and compliance.

Mrs. Cheryl S. Denney, Grant Manager for CHD and Public Health: performs pre-award services for the Center for Health Disparities and the Department of Public Health

Mrs. Lauren Hendricks, Grant Manager for CHD and Public Health: performs post-award services for the Center for Health Disparities and the Department of Public Health

Mr. James Denney, Grant Manager for SoDM:  performs pre-award and post-post award services for the School of Dental Medicine

Mr. Steve Ayers, Grants & Contracts Manager for ORA: provide additional post-award grants administration support for the SODM, CHD, and the Department of Public Health.
